What is Red Light Therapy?

Red Light Therapy uses low-level light therapy to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and enhance cellular function. By emitting specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light, it penetrates deep into tissues, stimulating energy production and cellular repair. This non-invasive treatment is commonly used for muscle recovery, pain relief, and improving skin health.

It is recommended to use Red Light Therapy 3-4 sessions a week, for the first 6-8 weeks. After the initial treatment schedule, it is recommended to continue 1-2 days per week to maintain results.

Our Red Light Therapy bulbs emit wavelengths at 633 nanometers.

Our Red Light Therapy bed can be used for up to a maximum of 20 minutes (15-20 minute sessions are recommended for optimal results.)
